Steve Schwartz - Chief Executive Officer

Steve Schwartz, CEO of ShiftWiseSteve Schwartz has spent the majority of his career working with health care technology and service companies. He has served as the CEO of Bay Pacific Health Corp., American Health Ventures, Employee Managed Care Corporation (EMC2 ) and Renaissance Health Care. Steve is currently a Director and Chairman of Bridge Executive Corp.



Jason Drucker - Sr. Vice President of Marketing & Sales

Jason Drucker Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing ShiftWiseJason began his career in I.T. staffing with one of the largest Staffing firms in the world, Vedior NV. Recognizing early on that the staffing industry was undergoing fundamental change with the introduction of VMS tools, he transferred to the managed service division of Vedior, Global Managed Services (GMS) where he was the Vice President of Sales and Delivery. In his current role Jason is responsible for all communication activities as well as continuing to grow ShiftWise's industry leading customer base.



Jason Lander - Founder, Vice President of Product & Business Development

Jason Lander Founder, Vice President of Product and Business DevelopmentJason Lander spent several years in the healthcare staffing industry working for both regional and national companies including Medical Staffing Network and STAT Medical Services. As the company's founder, Jason applied his industry knowledge to create ShiftWise's End-to-End Workforce Management service. Prior to this, he worked with the Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs and U.S. Senator, Ron Wyden working extensively on labor and veterans issues. Jason served as a Sergeant and Infantry Section Leader in the United States Marine Corps from 1994 - 1998.



Ross E. J. Barbieri - Founder, Vice President of Engineering

Ross Barbieri Founder, Vice President of Engineering ShiftWiseRoss Barbieri has 15 years of experience leading software development projects for both start-ups and fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding ShiftWise he was an executive with technology services companies that provided professional software development to the healthcare industry. Most recently, he was Vice President of Engineering for Clearview Staffing Software, delivering hosted software solutions to staffing suppliers across the United States.

 


Kris Mitchell - Executive Vice President

Kris Mitchell Vice President of Operations ShiftWiseKris Mitchell had worked in the healthcare staffing industry for over 15 years. Prior to joining ShiftWise Kris worked for regional and national healthcare staffing suppliers with a focus on strategic market expansions.  In her current role Kris is responsible for overseeing the operational, client services and support teams that deliver project management, training and support to ShiftWise customers. Kris has her MBA from Boise State University.
