Steven McGeady - Board Chair/Managing Director of the Drumlin Holdings

Steven McGeady was previously Vice President of the New Business Group for Intel Corporation, where he led numerous software initiatives. A well-known commentator on the role of technology in Healthcare, Steve serves as a trustee for numerous institutions, including Reed College and Providence St. Vincent Medical Foundation.

Steve Schwartz – ShiftWise CEO

Steve Schwartz has spent the majority of his career working with health care technology and service companies. He has served as the CEO of Bay Pacific Health Corp., American Health Ventures, Employee Managed Care Corporation (EMC2 ) and Renaissance Health Care. Steve is currently a Director and Chairman of Bridge Executive Corp.

Jason Lander - Founder, Vice President of Business Development for ShiftWise

Jason Lander spent several years in the healthcare staffing industry working for both regional and national companies including Medical Staffing Network and STAT Medical Services. As the company’s founder, Jason applied his industry knowledge to create ShiftWise’s end-to-end workforce management service. Prior to this, he worked with the Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs and U.S. Senator, Ron Wyden where he worked extensively on labor and veterans issues. Jason served as an Infantry Section Leader and Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from 1994 - 1998.

Donald Helfgott - CEO and Co-founder, Inspiration Software

Donald Helfgott has spent more than 25 years leading the creation and development of commercial software products. His prior experience includes managing and directing information technology and commercial software development projects for Nike and Automatic Data Processing. As Chief Executive Officer at Inspiration Software, Helfgott leads the long-term direction of the company and also acts as Chief Technology Officer, overseeing product research and development. Originally created by Helfgott as a tool for designing new software, the company's flagship product Inspiration® has become the premier visual learning tool used by students, grades 6-12, across the nation.

John Patrick Paulson – Research Analyst, Corporate Finance Paulson Investment Company

John Paulson has garnered over 8 years experience in the fields of investment banking, corporate finance, and analytical corporate and financial research. As a Research Analyst, for Paulson Investment Company, John is responsible for evaluating business plans for potential Initial Public Offerings, PIPE transactions and Secondary offerings, performing due diligence on all relevant client companies; assisting with SEC filings related to investment banking activities; and performing Black-Scholes analysis. Paulson Investment Company, Inc., is the Northwest's largest independent brokerage firm and a national leader in public offerings of small and emerging growth companies. Founded by Chet Paulson in 1970, it has managed or underwritten more than 150 public offerings and has generated more than $1 billion for client companies.

Thomas C. Geiser – Senior Advisor to TPG Capital

Thomas C. Geiser is a Senior Advisor to TPG Capital, a private investment firm with more than $50 billion of assets under management. He has served as advisor and legal counsel to numerous healthcare organizations with a focus on healthcare financing and delivery. Mr. Geiser served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of WellPoint Health Networks Inc. from its inception in 1993 until 2005. Mr. Geiser is a member of the Board of Directors of Surgical Care Affiliates, the Board of Directors of Bring Me a Book Foundation and the Advisory Board of the Stanford University Institute for Research in the Social Sciences.
