Primary Objectives
Responsible for retaining and growing the business within existing Healthcare Delivery Organization (Client) accounts by establishing and maintaining key relationships, exercising full and extended usage of ShiftWise offerings and overseeing and resolving Client, user and system issues. Works closely with all levels of the Client organization’s staff, including stakeholders, leadership, and users. Works closely with Supplier representatives. Serves as liaison with ShiftWise management, implementation teams, sales and customer support. Serves as the primary point-of-contact for customer accounts and leads day-to-day optimization of ShiftWise usage. Travel Required.
Position Functions

Acts as primary day to day point of contact and liaison for assigned Client(s); maintains regular and frequent contact to ascertain and meet Client needs. Communicates confidently and effectively with multiple levels of Client staff. Advises and mentors on the use of the ShiftWise product offerings.

Prioritizes issues and escalates appropriately within ShiftWise, including Finance, Customer Support and Sales. Serves as escalation point on issues generated through the ShiftWise Customer Support Team.

Maintains thorough understanding of Client(s) individual organization, setup, key contacts and use of the ShiftWise product(s).

Maintains an expert understanding of ShiftWise applications for the purposes of future enhancements, improved ways to use the system(s), interface needs, training needs, issues management and sales opportunities.

Is accessible during initial and added product implementation phases to provide a cohesive team approach to the customer.

Demonstrated commitment to cross functional teamwork, account retention and results.

Monitors Client/Supplier billing process for accuracy, timeliness and payment.

Conducts training programs for all ShiftWise products for HDOs and Suppliers in person and via web-conferencing.

Maintains and expert understanding of all ShiftWise applications and required technological equipment including laptop computers, internet connections, projectors, etc.

Works directly and indirectly with ShiftWise teams to maximize service area business potential.
Qualifications
- BA/BS highly preferred; A combination of education, training and experience considered.
- Experience in healthcare or account management related field. Healthcare Staffing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated Client services skills required.
- Proven time, priority and deadline management skills required.
- The ability to deal with challenging and diverse customers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills required.
- Working knowledge of Windows based products, Web applications and the ability to learn and exercise online training tools
- Must be Physically located in the Dallas, TX area
